Selective dysregulation of ROCK2 activity promotes aberrant transcriptional networks in ABC diffuse large B cell lymphoma

We have found that ROCK2 regulates a transcriptional program in U2932, an ABC-DLBCL cell line by RNA-seq analysis. U2932 cells were lentivirally infected with shRNA constructs targeting ROCK2 or a scrambled shRNA control. Stable cell lines were generated using sorting and puromycin-selection techniques. Total RNA was harvested from stable cell lines and used for transcriptional profiling via RNA-seq.
