资源简介:
Soil salinity distribution is rarely homogeneous. Salinity levels within spatial patches can vary greatly, for example, from normal level to several times higher than seawater. Sorghum as a moderately salt tolerant cereal crop can remain a relatively normal growth pattern in such an environment. To uncover the underlying mechanism that enables sorghum to bypass salt damage in heterogeneous salinity environment, we set up a split root system to impose non-uniform salt stress to sorghum seedlings and performed a transcriptomic study.
