Nano-silicon can improve the resistance of Brassica napus to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum. An extensive RNA-Seq analysis was conducted to investigate the gene expression profiles in both control (CK) and silicon-treated Brassica napus plants at 1 and 5 days post-inoculation (dpi) with S. sclerotiorum.
