Code and derived data for: Recombination-zone position, not charge balance, sets the efficiency ceiling of deep-blue TADF host OLEDs
收藏资源简介:
The drift-diffusion, transfer-matrix and dipole-emission solver (dd1d.py, optics_tmm.py, dipole.py) with fitting and run scripts, model input tables, model runs and derived results. Methods: Scripts are written in Python 3 (NumPy, SciPy, pandas, matplotlib; RDKit for structure drawings where used). Each script reads the tables of this record or the raw files of the experiment records and writes numerical tables and figure panels (vector PDF with a 600-dpi PNG). Open one-dimensional steady-state drift-diffusion solver (dd1d.py) checked against SETFOS 5.2, transfer-matrix optics (optics_tmm.py) and dipole emission in planar stacks (dipole.py); host transport parameters fitted to single-carrier J-V sweeps; Monte Carlo uncertainty of the device descriptors over the measured level scatter; outcoupling and loss budgets of the emission zones. Companion paper: Recombination-zone position, not charge balance, sets the efficiency ceiling of deep-blue TADF host OLEDs (manuscript prepared for Applied Physics Reviews). Raw instrument files are in the experiment records of the series (AFM, UV-Vis, DRS, ellipsometry, PL, time-resolved PL, CV, DSC/TGA, XRD, FTIR, NMR/MS, electron microscopy, J-V, impedance, DFT). Version 3.0 (4 November 2026): journal version 2026-11-04; reproducible Supplementary-figure script, main-figure script with beeswarm helper, verification scripts, figure-input tables (data/derived), the Fig. 10b position scan and value checks added; no scientific input or result changed.
