Microbial Metagenomic Responses to Organic Amendments in Mollisols

This project investigates the effects of two common organic amendments (manure and straw) on soil microbial communities in agricultural Mollisols of Northeast China. Using metagenomic sequencing, we examined microbial taxonomic and functional profiles from six long-term experimental sites representing a gradient of soil organic carbon levels. The dataset includes raw metagenomic reads from soil samples collected under different amendment treatments and SOC backgrounds.
