Data Collection: Collect routine transaction data related to customers' rice cake strip consumption. 2. Data Preprocessing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis. 3. Algorithm-based Demand Analysis: Conduct demand analysis on the preprocessed data using the formula: $P = left( frac{a_1}{b_1} + frac{a_2}{b_2} + frac{a_3}{b_3} ight) imes k$, where $a_1$ = minimum order quantity per single transaction, $b_1$ = minimum consumption amount per single transaction, $a_2$ = maximum order quantity per single transaction, $b_2$ = maximum consumption amount per single transaction, $a_3$ = average order quantity per single transaction, $b_3$ = average consumption amount per single transaction; $k$ is the consumption coefficient that varies across regions, with an empirical value of 0.7 for Hangzhou. 4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into three categories (high, medium, low) based on the calculated demand score: customers with a score above 6000 are marked as "high-level", those with a score in the range of 4000 to 6000 are marked as "medium-level", and those with a score below 4000 are marked as "low-level".
