Comparative mRNA sequencing analysis of microglia from ischemic stroke mice treated with control versus agonistic micelles

On day 1 after ischemic stroke-reperfusion modeling, mice were randomly assigned to receive tail vein injections of either control micelles (CM) or A2AR agonist micelles (AM). Following three consecutive days of treatment, mice were sacrificed and brains were collected. Microglia were isolated by flow cytometry, and RNA sequencing was performed to identify differential gene expression and enriched pathways between the CM- and AM-treated groups.
