Data for publication "Influence of asymmetric microchannels in the structure and function of engineered neuronal circuits"

This dataset contains the spike data for all microelectrode arrays electrophysiology experiments, as well as all the raw images obtained from widefield microscopy experiments, used in the analyses presented in:

The dataset is organized in two folders containing 1) MEA Recordings and 2) Raw Images

Both folders contain a README file with information regarding the acquisition and type of data, and the MEA Recordings folder also contains an Excel file with the experiments' breakdown.
