Transcriptomic data of Dendrobium officinale under cadmium stress

Seedlings were subjected to different Cd concentrations of 5 and 14 mg/L , serving as the Cd stress treatments. Roots of control plants (CK) and Cd treated were harvested after 15 (T15) and 30 (T30) d treatment, immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at -80 °C for RNA extraction after rinsing with double distilled water and dried with filter paper. Roots were harvested from ten plants in culture bottle for each biological replicate to minimize variation between individual plants, each in triplicate, 15 samlpes in total.
