The Moving Areas (MAs) in the Retezat mountains were derived based on The Persistent Scatterer Interferometry (PSInSAR) remote sensing using Sentinel 1.

The methods for creating the MAs and the analisys of the MAs in relation with terain, rock glaciers, permafrost extent and temperature data are analize in the manuscript titled: Slow-moving rock glaciers in marginal periglacial environment of Southern Carpathians, submited to Earth Surface Dynamics.
