Derived data and analysis code for tendon-injury transcriptomic datasets

This reproducibility package accompanies a manuscript submitted to Sports Medicine - Open. It contains the analysis script for GSE150482, donor-level derived tables, R figure source files, revised figure source data, and supporting metadata for the transcriptomic analyses. The primary sequencing datasets are publicly available from NCBI Gene Expression Omnibus under accession numbers GSE163446, GSE216214, GSE235861, and GSE150482. Code is provided under the MIT License; derived data and figure source materials are provided under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License.
