Replication materials for:Mobile connectivity and electoral administration: A polling station–level test of an operational assumption in Mexico's PREP

This repository contains the replication materials for the manuscript Mobile connectivity and electoral administration: A polling station–level test of an operational assumption in Mexico's PREP. It includes the final analytical dataset, statistical outputs generated in Excel, a data dictionary, Python scripts for Kendall correlations and fixed-effects models, and a README file describing the reproducibility workflow. The study examines whether mobile connectivity is systematically associated with polling-station-level PREP collection time during Mexico’s 2023–2024 federal electoral process. The repository provides the minimal public dataset and supporting materials necessary to reproduce the reported results. Some original third-party geospatial inputs used during data preparation are not redistributed due to source restrictions. However, the public analytical dataset contains the derived variables necessary to reproduce all statistical analyses reported in the manuscript.
