The dataset is the first comprehensive list of the invertebrate species occurring on subantarctic Bishop Island.Bishop and Clerk Islets is a rocky platform of roughly 3 ha area, which lies 33 km south of Macquarie Island.15 invertebrate species were collected by hand, or extracted (using Tullgren funnels) from vegetation, soil and material from nest burrows and penguin colonies.14 of the invertebrate species collected also occur on Macquarie Island.This work was carried out as part of ASAC project 104 (ASAC_104).The fields in this dataset are:Habitat TypeSpecies
