Dataset and code for "Rheology-controlled hydraulic selection in fracture–matrix heat transport: mechanisms and thermal signatures"
收藏资源简介:
This record contains the datasets and MATLAB code supporting the manuscript "Rheology-modulated hydraulic selection in fracture–matrix heat transport: mechanisms and thermal signatures" (A. Lenci, I. Daprà, submitted to Advances in Water Resources). The package includes two HDF5 datasets and the two MATLAB scripts that generate them. The deterministic dataset contains hydraulic responses, breakthrough curves, longitudinal moments, and flux-weighted aperture densities for Newtonian, power-law, Ellis, and Herschel–Bulkley fluids in a parallel-channel fracture–matrix heat-transport model, reproducing Figures 1, 2, 3, and 5 of the manuscript. The GSA dataset contains Sobol first-order and total-effect sensitivity indices (Jansen estimators, 16 scrambled replicates) for the Ellis and Herschel–Bulkley cases, reproducing Figure 4. Figures 6 and 7 require the TDRW solver described in Lenci et al. (2026), J. Fluid Mech. 1032, A61. Each dataset is accompanied by a README file detailing the HDF5 structure, software requirements (MATLAB R2026a), numerical settings, and reuse instructions. Data are released under CC-BY-4.0; the MATLAB scripts under the MIT license.
