CD8+PD-1+Ly108- cells were sorted from Tcf7FF CD8-cre mice and wild-type mice 35 days after LCMV clone 13 infection. Four Tcf7FF CD8cre (Tcf7-cKO) mice and four wild-type (WT) mice were infected with LCMV clone 13. Splenocytes were harvested on day 35 post-infection, enriched for CD8+ T cells using MojoSort Mouse CD8 T Cell Isolation Kit and subjected to FACS. Four populations were isolated (TIM3-CX3CR1-, TIM3-CX3CR1+, TIM3+CX3CR1+, TIM3+CX3CR1-).
