To detect the microglial mRNA signature whilst phagocytosing alphasynuclein preformed fibrils (aSyn PFFs) with or without inflammatory stimulus, we treated the healthy control microglia with IFN? (20ng/ml) 28h and aSyn PFFs (0.5µM) 4h Overall design: Comparative gene expression analysis of RNA-seq data for human iPSC derived microglia treated with IFN? 28h and aSyn PFFs 4h (n= 5-7 replicates/treatment, 1 male line, 1 female line)
