本数据根据科技部重点研发项目“全球能量循环和水循环关键参数的立体观测与遥感反演”的子课题“能量循环关键参数反演算法和产品研制”的“全球云水参数遥感产品”研发任务要求,基于小时分辨率ERA5云液态水含量和降雨量再分析数据整合得到的全球2010-2020年25km/3小时分辨率的大气液态水含量产品。

1. Data Content
This dataset was developed by integrating hourly ERA5 reanalysis data of cloud liquid water content and precipitation, to meet the requirements of the R&D task of "Remote Sensing Products of Global Cloud-Water Parameters" under the sub-topic "Development of Retrieval Algorithms and Products for Key Parameters of Energy Cycles" of the Key R&D Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China titled "Stereoscopic Observation and Remote Sensing Retrieval of Key Parameters of Global Energy and Water Cycles". The final product is a global atmospheric liquid water content product with a spatial resolution of 25 km and a temporal resolution of 3 hours, covering the period from 2010 to 2020.

Data Source: The latest ERA5 reanalysis data of cloud liquid water content and precipitation from the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF)

3. Data Quality Description
This dataset is developed based on ERA5 cloud products. Existing studies have shown that ERA5 cloud products have a high correlation with Himawari-8 data, with a correlation coefficient r=0.91.
