资源简介:

Obesity alters the transcriptional profile of the adipose tissue. Our aim was to characterize the metabolic adaptations induced by diet-induced obesity in the adipose tissue. To this end wild-type mice were fed for 20 weeks a high-fat diet and subcutaneous adipose tissue was analyzed by RNA sequencing. For HFD versus ND/LFD: C57BL/6J male mice were fed for 20 weeks a low-fat diet (10% kcal fat) or a high-fat diet (60% kcal fat), subcutaneous adipose tissue (SAT) was isolated and RNA sequencing was performed in whole SAT. For SAT_WT versus SAT_KO : Azin2-/- and wild-type littermate male mice were fed for 8 weeks a high-fat diet (60% kcal fat), subcutaneous adipose tissue (SAT) was isolated and RNA sequencing was performed in whole SAT. For GAT_WT versus GAT_KO: Azin2-/- and wild-type littermate male mice were fed for 8 weeks a high-fat diet (60% kcal fat), epigonadal adipose tissue (GAT) was isolated and RNA sequencing was performed in whole GAT.
