Hot-dip Galvanized Zinc Coating Thickness Detection Dataset: Metal zinc coating thickness was detected and raw data was collected and recorded using electronic coating thickness gauges and magnetic induction coating thickness gauges. The collected raw data was transcoded, filtered and aggregated using data analysis algorithms to produce this dataset. This dataset can assist relevant enterprises and institutions engaged in hot-dip galvanizing production, quality inspection and marketing, providing reference and optimization support for the quality control of existing production processes. This standard dataset is derived from real-time detection data collected by equipment during the hardware fittings hot-dip galvanizing production process, which was transmitted to cloud servers via 5G communication and processed through cloud computing.
