This repository provides the source code, simulation outputs, documentation, and supporting materials of the European-scale EcoTWIN v1.0 simulations presented in Wu et al. (2026). The repository includes: EcoTWIN v1.0 source code – The C++ source code of EcoTWIN v1.0. User Guide and Modelling Workflow – Detailed documentation of model inputs, configuration, parameterization, and execution, together with supporting resources used in Wu et al. (2026). European-scale simulation outputs – Gridded simulation results at 5-km spatial resolution. Figure reproduction scripts – A Python script for reproducing the main figures presented in Wu et al.
