资源简介:
During implantoplasty there is a large release of metal particles that might induce a pro-inflammatory response and reduce the viability of osteogenic cells, which may compromise the results of dental implants The analysis of the inflammatory response in macrophage cell culture (THP-1) was carried out by RT-qPCR. CCR7, TNF-α and IL-1β genes were analyzed as proinflammatory markers, while CD206, TGF-β and IL-10 were analyzed as antiinflammatory markers. The osteogenic response was studied with human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BM-MSCs). We analyzed Runx2, alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and osteocalcin (OC) genes. Overall design: In vitro cell based assay study. The expression of genes was analysed by means of RT-qPCR. We used THP-1 and BM-MSCs cells to study the inflammatory and osteogenic response, respectively.
