To investigate the genes regulated by Nrf2 in human PASMC and PAEC, Nrf2 was knockdown by using siRNA. 48h after siRNA transfection， cells were collected for RNA-sequencing. Each cell type were respectively transfected with one Control siRNA and two Nrf2 siRNAs，each treatment has three replicates.
