Processed datasets used to conduct analyses and generate figures. Raw high-resolution spatial data are not publicly available due to the sensitivity of bat roost locations and the need to protect endangered species and critical habitats. These datasets include derived movement metrics, detection summaries, and environmental variables used in the statistical analyses. analysis_safe.csv — Processed detection data containing coordinate-free movement and environmental variables used in analyses of bat activity and movement. bat_summary_public.csv — Summary information for individual bats, including detection and monitoring metrics. displacement_data_public.csv — Processed displacement measurements used to characterize bat movements. excursion_steps_public.csv — Sequential movement distances from round-trip excursions. first_detect_public.csv — First detection dates and associated body-condition and weather variables used in emergence analyses. hobo_public.csv — Hibernaculum temperature measurements from the HOBO data logger. landcover_public.csv — NLCD land-cover classifications extracted for individual detections; geographic coordinates are not included. movement_period_public.csv — Bat movement summaries by monitoring period. movement_steps_public.csv — Sequential movement data used to calculate nightly movement distances. rate_public.csv — Processed arousal and body-mass data used to model arousal rates. top_distances_public.csv — Maximum movement distances used to evaluate sex differences in migration distance. traits_unique_public.csv — Individual bat trait information used in analyses. tunnel_plot_data_public.csv — Processed tunnel and outside detection data used to reproduce the non-spatial portions of Figure 3. tunnel_summary_public.csv — Summary of Bluetooth detections, number of bats monitored, sex composition, and monitoring period. weather_period_public.csv — Environmental variables summarized by monitoring period.
