This dataset is the raw data for NMR and FTICRMS used in McGivern 2021: Decrypting bacterial polyphenol metabolism in an anoxic wetland soil. Raw_NMR_Data: Zipped file of 1D NMR (xx.fid) files for each sample, and select 2D NMR files if applicable. 2. NMR_StoN_MNova: Zipped file of Mestrenova signal to noise measurements files for NMR (xx.mnova) FTICRMS Raw Datasets 1. FTICRMS-Report-NewRule.xlsx: Raw peak information and processed peak information. 2. FTICRMS_RawData: Raw FTICRMS spectral files for each sample. These can be opened with Bruker data analysis software.
