OECD Main Economic Indicators, 1955-2021

<p>The <i>Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)</i> produces annual, quarterly and monthly data for main economic indicators (MEI). The variables cover national accounts, industrial production, employment, prices, business trends and trade for the member countries of the OECD and select non-member countries. The dataset also includes the OECD's leading indicators (key variables that signal changes in the business cycle).<br><br>The OECD defines each variable separately for each country. Nevertheless, the data are considered sufficiently similar to enable comparisons between countries, especially for relative values and rates of change.<br><br>These data were first provided by the UK Data Service in January 2003.<br></p>

经济合作与发展组织（Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development，OECD）会编制并发布主要经济指标（Main Economic Indicators，MEI）项下的年度、季度及月度统计数据。其涵盖的变量覆盖OECD成员国及部分非成员国的国民核算、工业生产、就业、物价、商业景气与贸易领域。该数据集同时收录了OECD领先指标——即用于指示商业周期变动的关键变量。

OECD会针对每个国家分别定义各项变量，但这些数据仍具备足够的通用性，可支持国家间的比较，尤其是在相对值与变化率层面。
