We sequenced mRNA from skeletal muscles derived from MYOD1-hiPSCs generated by different selection methods, and compared the results with those derived from human myoblast cell line (Hu5/KD3). This analysis enables us to understand the effects of different selection methods on the generation of MYOD1-hiPSCs and skeletal muscle differentiation from them. mRNAs from undifferentiated MYOD1-hiPSCs were also sequenced.(*RAW data not provided due to patient privacy concerns) Global transcriptome analysis by RNA sequencing was carried out in both bulk and clonal MYOD1-hiPSCs (201B7) established through transduction of a piggyBac transposon vector for the doxycycline (Dox)-inducible expression of human MYOD1 tagged to 3 x HA (Dox-3HA-hMYOD1) with a selection by G418 or puromycin. 409B2-MYOD1-hiPSCs and human myoblast cell line (Hu5/KD3), as controls, and several other MYOD1-hiPSC (EKN3, YFE16, and TIGE9) generated in the bulk manner with the selection with Puromycin were also examined. >>>Submitter states: Due to privacy concerns, raw data are not provided<<<
