Gene expression profiling of Lactuca sativa time series under far-red light: root and shoot time series

Lactuca sativa 'Salinas' seedlings were exposed to either white light or far-red supplemented light to study the effect of far-red light. In addition, to capture dusk and dawn time points, samples were taken at 13.75 hours (just before dusk) and 48 hours (just after dawn). Whole shoot and whole root samples were taken for sequencing.
