WOMEN AND THE LAW: THE CONSTRUCTION OF GENDER EQUALITY IN THE BRAZILIAN LEGAL SYSTEM

The aim of this study is to conduct a historical analysis of the construction of gender equality in Brazil, emphasizing the trajectory performed by the women's movement to have secured the main Brazilian constitutions, the rights inherent to women and minorities classes considered from the point of view of history they were broken 97 down, and put a level of inequality in relation to men.
