Cymodocea nodosa 2-bRAD genotyping among populations

We used 2-bRAD genotyping to test for population structure across three geographically distributed populations of Cymodocea nodosa. The main goal of this study was to search for potential outlier loci that could underlie adaptive differentiation of populations along its latitudinal distribution.
