资源简介:
Supplemental Figure 1: Oxygen supplyand oxygen extraction. Blood gas analyses were performed using KHB and RBCs suspended in KHB with a hematocrit of 40%. Samples were measured before and after perfusion of the murine hearts in the Langendorff Apparatus.Oxygen extraction (DO2) was calculated as the differ of oxygen condtent (cO2) of the samples before and after perfusion of the heart (n=5-7).
KHB: Krebs-Henseleit-Buffer; RBC: Red blood cells; Hb: Hemoglobin; sO2: Oxygen saturation; pO2:Oxygen partial preassure. Data are shown asmean and SD. Significances betweengroups are shown (t-test or one-way ANOVA as appropriate). * p<0.05, ** p<0.01, *** p<0.001, **** p<0.0001

Supplemental Table 1: Raw data of the Langendorff experiments for evaluation of the optimal time of ischemia. Baseline values and values after 60 minutes of reperfusion as the percentage of recovery after 60 minutes of reperfusion in relation to the baseline levels are shown.
LV Dev Pressure: Left ventricular developed pressure; +dP/dt, -dP/dt: first positive and negative derivate of LV pressure; Differences between baseline values were analyzed using ANOVA. P-values <0.05 were regarded as significant.

Supplemental Table 2: Raw data of the Langenodrff experiments for determination of the influence of different blood cell populations on cardiac I/R injury. Baseline values and values after 60 minutes of reperfusion as the percentage of recovery after 60 minutes of reperfusion in relation to the baseline levels are shown.
Control: buffer perfused control; Blood: murine whole blood; RBC: red blood cells in buffer with a hematocrit of 40%; PRP: platelet rich plasm; LV Dev Pressure: Left ventricular developed pressure; +dP/dt, -dP/dt: first positive and negative derivate of LV pressure; Differences between baseline values were analyzed using ANOVA. P-values <0.05 were regarded as significant.
Supplemental Table 3: Raw data of the Langendorff experiments for comparision of murine and human red blood cells on the cardiac I/R injury. Baseline values and values after 60 minutes of reperfusion as the percentage of recovery after 60 minutes of reperfusion in relation to the baseline levels are shown.
Control: buffer perfused control; Blood: murine whole blood; mRBC: murine red blood cells in buffer with a hematocrit of 40%; hRBC: human red blood cells in buffer with a hematocrit of 40%; LV Dev Pressure: Left ventricular developed pressure; +dP/dt, -dP/dt: first positive and negative derivate of LV pressure; Differences between baseline values were analyzed using ANOVA. P-values <0.05 were regarded as significant.
Supplemental Table 4: Raw data of the Langendorff experiments for evaluation of the impact of different hematocrit values on the cardiac I/R injury. Baseline values and values after 60 minutes of reperfusion as the percentage of recovery after 60 minutes of reperfusion in relation to the baseline levels are shown.
Control: buffer perfused control; HCT: hematocrit; LV Dev Pressure: Left ventricular developed pressure; +dP/dt, -dP/dt: first positive and negative derivate of LV pressure; Differences between baseline values were analyzed using ANOVA. P-values <0.05 were regarded as significant. If ANOVA showed significant differences between groups, Tukey'smultiple comparisions test was performed. Asterisks indicate significant differences in Tukey's multiple comparision test.
