资源简介:
With the application of 16S rRNA sequencing technology, oral microbiome have been found to be associated with the onset of various systemic diseases. Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is one of the most severe sleep disorder in children, with a high incidence and serious complications. The interaction between the upper respiratory tract microbiome and the host oral microenvironment maintains the dynamic equilibrium of the oral microecology. Studying the changes of the upper respiratory tract microbiota is of great significance for further discovering the pathogenesis of OSA. The 16S rRNA V3-V4 region was sequenced to identify the microbial communities
