ASV and taxonomy table (16S analysis Sasso and Tilili chickens)

This study aims to investigate the effects on productivity and gut microbiota phenotypes of providing a scavenging-like diet vs. a commercial-type diet to a native Ethiopian chicken breed (Tilili) and to a genetically improved dual-purpose commercial breed (Sasso). Microbiota data was produced via amplification and sequencing of the V3-V4 region of the 16S rRNA gene. This table contains ASV and taxonomic information for processed 16S data.
