ECRG4 IN ACUTE OTITIS MEDIA

Two datasets are provided for murine genes where acute otitis media was induced by inoculation of middle ear with nontyoeable Haemophilus influenzae. First data set represents the mean single-cell log2 expression levels for Ecrg4 over the complete time course of otitis media (0h, 1d, 2d, 3d, 5d, 7d), and matches expression illustrated graphically in Kurabi et al., 2022. Second data set consists of raw gene array expression values from C57 WT and Ecrg4 knockout mice at 0h, 6h and 48h post bacterial inoculation. The relative changes in mRNA abundance were compared between the two groups in order to highlight genes that were differentially regulated following induction of infection (Table 5 and 6 in paper).
