DNA methylation profiling of hippocampus and anterior temporal neocortex from MTLE-HS patients subjected to resective epileptic surgery and cadaveric non-epileptic controls. The Illumina Infinium MethylationEPIC Beadchip was used to obtain DNA methylation profiles across approximately 850,000 CpGs in brain homogenates. Bisulphite converted DNA from the 33 samples were hybridised to theIllumina Infinium MethylationEPIC Beadchip.
