NRS-19371 | Notifications of land transfers [Deniliquin Lands Office]

This series is comprised of copies of notifications of registrations of land transfers, sent from the Department of Lands to the Deniliquin Lands Office. Also included are copies of correspondence between the Hay Land Board Office to the transferee in regards to the transfer of land.Each notification of registration of transfer begins with: “I/We (name) of (address) in consideration of the sum of (amount) hereby (transfer by way of…) to (name) all our estate and interest in the land described as follows:”. There follows six columns which record the land district, holding and assigned number, area, portion number, parish and county.  The page is then signed by the transferor.
