ChIP-seq analysis was conducted to investigate the effects of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) treatment on the occupancy of MLL1 and UTX, and the associated histone modifications in HaCaT cells. Overall design: Chromatins were prepared from HaCaT cells before and after H2O2 exposure and subjected to immunoprecipitation using antibodies against MLL1, UTX, H3K4me3, and H3K27me3 followed by the next-generation sequencing.
