Ophelia limacina transcriptome

Repo for additional files for the article "Transcriptomic dataset of two types of coelomocytes from Ophelia limacina (Rathke, 1843)" in Data in Brief: `Oli.assm.decont.fasta.gz` - de novo assembly of the Ophelia limacina transcriptome after `cd-hit-est` with a threshold of 0.95 and after decontamination with MCSC; `Oli.TMM.matrix.tab` - matrix of TMM-normalized transcript counts for two cell types in three replicates, obtained by mapping reads per assembly using salmon; `Oli.DE.annot.csv` - table with log2FC, adjusted p-values and annotation results from Trinotate pipeline.
