Railway networks: connecting China with South(east) Asia

Description The geometry of new railways in China, South Asia, and Southeast Asia up until March 2020. Spatially contextualizing the new railways, existing railway networks in China and South(east) Asia are separately annotated in the Shapefile for manipulation. An interactive view of this dataset: Link Source Locations of new railways were digitized based on online sources. Please refer to the reference.zip.The geometry of existing railways was collected from Natural Earth 10m-cultural-vectors version 4.0.0 (published by Natural Earth on 15th November 2017).
