Investigation of 23 Y-STR Haplotype Diversity AND mtDNA HVI Sequence Variations among Iraqi Faili Kurds Population

This study will contribute by adopting a systematic literature review approach to provide an overview of the existing information and evidence regarding our mission and assessment and comparison approach, as well as trends for research work on this topic. This study also will contribute to filling the research gap in this research field. The proposed classification of the relevant literature in this study could bring many benefits as well. In addition, it will identify potential directions for research in this area, reveal research gaps, and map the literature on automated methods for evaluating tools supporting forensic medicine in all its fields. Moreover, it will be useful for forensic applications such as identifying unknown people, providing a specific human DNA profile, paternity and maternity testing, and human migration. Furthermore, it could supply an informative reference for investigation patterns of genetic variation to better understand the genetic background of the Faili Kurds Iraqi population.
