Shotgun metagenomic analysis of Brassica oleracea leaves

Microbial sequences from B. oleracea leaves, both asymptomatic and symptomatic leaves (e.g. leaves showing different disease symptoms), from plants grown under natural infection conditions are reported. This study provides insights into the shift in microbial diversity and functional potentials of leaf microbiomes in B. oleracea.
