挤出注塑生产过程数据集

利用挤出和注塑机控制系统，结合挤出和注塑MES，收集了材料挤出和产品注塑生产过程的实际数据，包括高频数据、过程数据、工艺数据和质量数据几类数据，上下游数据通过自行设定的扫码机制进行了关联，即获得了一个批次产品生产以及其所有材料的所有生产数据。

Using extrusion and injection molding machine control systems combined with extrusion and injection molding MES, actual production data from material extrusion and product injection molding processes were collected. The collected data includes four categories: high-frequency data, process data, technological data, and quality data. Upstream and downstream data were linked via a custom-configured QR code scanning mechanism, thereby obtaining complete production data for a single batch of products and all their associated raw materials.
