Single-nucleus RNA sequencing of the kidney from an early-stage chronic calcineurin inhibitor nephrotoxicity mouse model

We performed single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) to characterize the transcriptomic profiles of kidneys from an early-stage chronic calcineurin inhibitor nephrotoxicity mouse model and its control at single-cell resolution. We created an early-stage chronic calcineurin inhibitor nephrotoxicity mouse model and its control. The kidneys were harvested, snap-frozen and subjected for analysis.
