Supporting data for "Virus-induced Dysregulation and Pathological Change in the Respiratory Tracts of SARS-CoV-2-infected Hamsters"

In this study, we utilized the Syrian golden hamster model, which is a well-established system for studying SARS-CoV-2 respiratory pathogenesis, to systematically evaluate the long-term pathological consequences of both primary infection and reinfection across respiratory tissues. Our multidisciplinary approach combines virological, histopathological, and immunological analyses to uncover the mechanisms of chronic disease development and to assess how reinfection shapes the post-acute healing response.
