16S rRNA sequencing of acid soil microbes under polysaccharide treatments

This study focuses on the impact of polysaccharide treatments at varying concentrations on microbial communities in acidic soils. Through 16S rRNA high - throughput sequencing, we aim to characterize microbial diversity and composition shifts. The experiment includes four polysaccharide concentration treatments, with biological replicates to ensure data reliability.
