Replication data for: artificial immune networks applied to alternative clustering - a proposal based on information theory

This package contains the datasets and source codes used in the PhD thesis entitled "Artificial immune networks applied to alternative clustering: A proposal based on information theory". The following files are included: File Datasets-real.zip: preprocessed real datasets (ALOI, WebKb, CMUFaces, Synthetic, and Flower), before normalization. File Datasets-Ground Truth.zip: files containing the Ground Truth clustering for the datasets with prior knowledge (ALOI, WebKb, Synthetic, and CMUFaces). File Datasets-normalized.zip: normalized datasets (ALOI, WebKb, CMUFaces, Synthetic, and Flower) used in experiments with all algorithms. File Source Codes.zip: contains the source codes of the algorithms proposed in the PhD thesis (CIP-aiNet, rCIP-aiNet, and ITL-aiNet).
