Data and analysis code for "Divergent clinical courses of pediatric-onset multiple sclerosis and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders in Japan"

This repository contains the de-identified aggregated datasets, synthetic example dataset, R scripts, model outputs, tables, figures, and execution logs supporting the analyses reported in the nationwide study of pediatric-onset multiple sclerosis and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder in Japan. Patient-level individual data are not included because of ethical and data-use restrictions and the residual risk of re-identification in rare pediatric neuroimmunological diseases. Detailed instructions for reproducing the analyses are provided in README.md.
