Long-read metagenomic bacterial abundance table, pre- and post-fumigation potato field soils (Florida)

Bacterial taxonomic abundance table (aligned bases) for 40 soil samples from 20 field plots in a commercial-type potato field (Hastings, FL), sampled before (2023-11-09) and 20 days after (2024-01-10) whole-field fumigation with 1,3-dichloropropene. Derived from Oxford Nanopore reads in NCBI SRA BioProject PRJNA1461909, processed with DIAMOND v2.0.0 (NCBI-nr, frameshift mode) and MEGAN 6.21.2 (interval-union LCA).
