Geoderma, 453, 117154. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.geoderma.2024.117154 The repository includes the following files: dat_LUC.csv: All data presented in the manuscript for the particle size fractionation, Rock-Eval analysis and extracted DIRFT-MIR spectra information Var_names_dat_LUC.csv: Description of all variables and parameters in dat_LUC.csv and corresponding units spc_bulk_rs.csv: Resampled DRIFT-MIR spetra in the range of 455-3999 1/cm of all bulk soils with IDs presented in Var_names_dat_LUC.csv. spc_fractions_rs.csv: Resampled DRIFT-MIR spetra in the range of 455-3999 1/cm of all fractions with IDs presented in Var_names_dat_LUC.csv. Fractions are indicated by coarse and fine in the column Fraction. All .csv use "," as separator. Additionl infrmation can be requested or is given in the published article.
