RNA-Seq of Tissue, Feces and Plasma Extracellular Vesicles of Gastric Cancer patients at the time of diagnosis and after the surgery

In the current study, we performed deep sequencing analysis of the RNA cargo of plasma and fecal EVs collected at the time of diagnosis, after the surgery and matched tumor and normal tissues from 23 patients with gastric cancer, and 15 cancer-free donors.
