Caloric restriction (CR) is a well-established dietary strategy known to enhance insulin sensitivity and mitigate the risk of metabolic disorders. Despite its proven benefits, the precise molecular mechanisms underlying CR's positive impacts remain incompletely elucidated. Therefore, the principal goal of this study was to identify specific proteins and pathways involved in the enhancements of insulin sensitivity attributed to sustained caloric restriction.
